Kim Batten

Kim Batten ( born March 29, 1969 in McRae, USA) is an American track and field athlete and Olympic silver medalist.

Batten won at the 1995 World Championships in Gothenburg the gold medal in the 400 - meter hurdles and at the 1997 World Championships in Athens the bronze medal.

At the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, she won the silver medal in the 400 - meter hurdles behind the Jamaican Deon Hemmings ( gold ) and before the US-American Tonja Buford - Bailey ( bronze).
