Kim Greist

Kim Greist ( born May 12, 1958 in Stamford, Connecticut ) is an American actress.

Life

Born in Connecticut Greist Kimberley worked during their late adolescence in Europe as a professional model. At 20, she returned to the U.S. and began her acting career in off-Broadway comedy Second Prize: Two Months in Leningrad. Later she was among other things the New York Shakespeare Festival on the stage to see. Her breakthrough came in 1984 with the horror film CHUD - Panic in Manhattan.

Just one year later, she was hired by Terry Gilliam for the role of Jill Layton in Brazil whose work on the side of Jonathan Pryce, Robert De Niro and Bob Hoskins.
