Kinchega-Nationalpark

The Kinchega National Park is a national park in the Australian state of New South Wales, about 840 kilometers west of Sydney and 110 km south-east of Broken Hill. To the east of the Darling River forms the border of the park. The park was established on October 1, 1967, and covers an area of 443 km ². Operator is the New South Wales National Parks and Wildlife Service.

The park includes the Cawndilla Lake and Lake Menindee and forms an important wetland for birds. The lakes dried beginning of 2008 during the great drought.

In the park artifacts of Aboriginal people have survived the Paakantji.
