King Teucer

Teucer (Greek Τεῦκρος, Latin Teucer ) is a figure from Greek mythology. Depending on the interpretation, he is the son of the river god Scamander and the nymph Idaia or he came from Attica and Crete. He was the first king of Troy. According to him, the people of the Trojan is also known as Teucri. His daughter was the wife of Bateia Dardanus, who followed him to the throne.
