Kiril Terziev

Kiril Stoychev Tersiew (also Kiril Terziev written, Bulgarian Кирил Стойчев Терзиев; born September 1, 1983 in Petrich ) is a Bulgarian wrestler. He won a bronze medal at the 2008 Olympics in free style at welterweight.

Career

Kiril Tersiew began as a teenager in 1995 with the rings. He chose this free style. He belonged to date following associations: Loreal Petrich, Slava Litex - Levski, Lokomotiv Yunak - Rouse and Chernomurez SV Borba Burgas. Has been trained or is he of Wentislaw Polizojew, Valentin Angelov, Petar Kasabow and Simeon Schterew. At present is the struggle also his profession. He is also well known in the German wrestler scene because he wrestled or wrestles for the VfK Schiffer city or the KSV Aalen in the German Bundesliga for several years.

In Bulgaria Kiril Tersiew was already a very successful junior wrestler. In 2004 he was first employed at an international championship of seniors. He finished it at the European Championships in Ankara in free style welterweight to 13th place after he had to take defeats against Rowshan Gadziew from Azerbaijan and Machatsch Murtasalijew from Russia.

In the next few years, Kiril Tersiew could not quite say at the top in Bulgaria. Especially Serafim Barzakow and Nikolai Paslar ran him there in his weight class from the rank. In the Bulgarian Championship 2008 but he could Paslar defeat in the finals and Bulgarian masters before that and before Ivan Deliverski. He was then employed at the European Championships in Tampere, came there but after a points victory over Heri Tajic, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and after a defeat against Suren Markosjan from Armenia do not have the 13 square.

2009 Kiril Tersiew was Bulgarian welterweight champion before Ivan Deliverski and Teodor Stojew again and started Kiril again at the European Championships in Vilnius.
