Kirviller
Kirviller ( German: Kirweiler ) is a French commune of 148 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Moselle in the Lorraine region. It belongs to the district of Sarreguemines, for Canton Sarralbe and community association Albe et Lacs.
Geography
The municipality is located five kilometers south-west of Kirviller Sarralbe in northeastern Lorraine.
History
The village was first mentioned in 1179 as Kirwilra.
