KISKA was founded in 1990 by a native of Upper Austria Gerald Kiska as a one-man company in Anif, Salzburg, and today, with more than 80 employees from 12 nations one of the largest design company in Austria. As a creative consulting company KISKA developed design solutions that brands should strengthen sustainable. Customers included AKG Acoustics, Bajaj, BSH Bosch Siemens Home Appliances, Brown, Fischer, Gastein, Hilti, Husaberg, Kastle, Kettler, KTM, Mennekes, Moeller, Stiegl, Zipfer, savings, siteco, Wiberg.

History

Founded at the kitchen table in 1990 one-man company has grown in 20 years to become one of the largest design company in Austria. The final breakthrough had it in 2007 with the design of the KTM X -Bow, the first car for the motorcycle manufacturer KTM, for it makes all the vehicle designs since 1992. For the design of the KTM X -Bow KISKA received in 2009 the IF (International Forum Design) Award.

Its unique selling point, the company sees in the IDD (Integrated Design Development ). This will create target groups and focused design solutions according to own data on the basis of brand and design strategic studies. The four centers of excellence of the house (Marketing and Strategy, Product Design, Transportation Design, Communication Design ) work in an interdisciplinary process together and thus serve all elements of a brand. Most designs were developed for the consumer, industrial and automotive industries.
