Life

Kiyoharu began his musical career with the visual kei bands SUS4 and GARNET. After GARNET was history, he founded together with their bassist Hitoki in June 1991 the band Kuroyume, which also belonged to the visual kei style and became one of the best known and most influential bands in the 1990s. Many musicians of the younger generation, for example Merry's Gara and Dir en gray's Kyo call Kuroyume as one of the bands that she has a big influence. After seven and a half years, the band was finally disbanded in January 1999 due to musical differences between Kiyoharu and Hitoki.

During his time in the band he got to L' Arc -en- Ciel vocalist Hyde know, with whom he 1994, a cover of the band Husk Gastunk recorded and for the SHOXX magazine wrote a column.

A short time later, in April 1999, Kiyoharu appeared in the music business with a new band: SADS. In 2001, the band released their own label, Full Face Records, and released their records themselves, the label also produced for other bands, like Merry's Gendai Stoic. 2003, decided SADSs bassist Eiji Mitsuzono to leave the band and consequently paused SADS their band activities indefinitely.

Kiyoharu, therefore, decided to convert to a solo career and released his first album in 2004 Poetry. In addition to singing, he took over this also the part of the guitarist. He also collaborated with several musicians and surprised his fans by his extended vocal repertoire and experimented with different vocal styles, but also with his music as such.

He also tried his hand as a fashion and jewelry designer.

In 2005 he toured together with Pierrot frontman, Kirito by Japan. The 2006 and 2007 brought the fans turn several publications.

On 29 January 2010 Kiyoharu announced in his blog that he wants to resurrect both SADS and Kuroyume again. After 7 years, SADS bring out on July 7, 2010, a new album on the market. The performance entitled "gothic circus" in NIPPON BUDOKAN on May 1, was sold out within minutes!
