Klaus Dieter Breitschwert

Klaus Dieter Broadsword (* April 21, 1943 in Ansbach ) is a Bavarian politician ( CSU). He is a Member of the Bavarian Parliament and City Council in Ansbach.

Biography

Broadsword was born in Ansbach, the son of a family of entrepreneurs, who runs a car dealership. Since 1972 he is a town councilor in Ansbach. In 1990 he was defeated in the local elections the SPD candidate Ralf Felber when applying for the post of mayor. In 1992 he moved according to the Bavarian state parliament and was elected in 1994 on the constituency list of Middle Franconia and 1998, 2003 and 2008 voting district Ansbach north as the candidate for the Bavarian Landtag. Klaus Dieter Broadsword was 24 years honorary mayor of Ansbach and Deputy Mayor Dr. Ernst -Günther cinching ( 1978-1990 ) and Ralf Felber ( 1996-2008 ).

Broadsword is evangelical and divorced. He is co-owner of his family's automotive trade and craft business in Ansbach with branches in Rothenburg ob der Tauber, wet cheeks and Heilsbronn. The company he heads an equal footing with his brother Karl Heinz broadsword.

Political offices

Klaus Dieter Broadsword is chairman of the CSU district association Ansbach City, Vice Chairman of the CSU district of Middle Franconia and deputy state chairman of the SME Union of the CSU. He is a member of the National Media Council, where Chairman of the Technical Committee. In addition, he is president of the Association of Bavarian Motor Trades and country Guild Master of the Bavarian automobile technicians craft.

In the Bavarian Parliament he is a member of the Committee on Economic Affairs, Infrastructure, Transport and Technology, as well as chairman of the parliamentary group " middle class" of the CSU.
