Klaus Lisiewicz

Klaus Lisiewicz ( born February 2, 1943) is a former football player Leipzig. He played for the SC rotation and the BSG Chemie in the GDR Oberliga, the top division of the East German Football Association. With Chemie Leipzig he was champion in 1964 and 1966 Cup Winners' Cup. He is a multiple junior national team and won the Olympic football tournament in 1964, the Olympic bronze medal.

Klaus began his Lisiewicz DDR Oberliga career in 1961 at SC rotation Leipzig. After he had become, in July 1961 the junior team of the SC rotation DDR Master, he gave on September 2, 1961 in the meeting of the 15th game day of rotation SC - Dynamo Berlin ( 4:3) as a substitute his debut as league players. By the end of the 1961/62 season the 20 -year-old attacking player had already contested 20 league games and scored four goals. In the years 1960 and 1961 he was part of the contingent of DDR junior national team, for whom he played six international matches. He then played in 1962 as a rotation player still one match with the East German junior national team. In 1964 he was part of the contingent of the GDR football Olympic team. After he had played a qualifying match, he traveled with the Olympic football tournament in Tokyo, where he was employed in the group match against Mexico (2-0). Since the GDR selection then won the small final 3-1 over Egypt, Lisiewicz belonged to the circle of tournament players who went home with a bronze medal. Between 1964 and 1965 Lisiewicz also denied seven other young Internationals.

On April 30, 1966, he had another career highlight by winning the East German Football Cup. At 1-0 playoff victory over Lok Stendal he had been summoned as a left winger. After a less successful season 1966/67, with only 12 league inserts Lisiewicz was drafted in November 1967 for military service. In these 18 months, but could continue playing football at the second-rate DDR division ASG Vorwärts Leipzig. After completing his military service he was in the seasons 1969/70 and 1970/71 again a regular in the Oberligaelf of Chemie Leipzig, but was now often used in midfield. 1971/72 had the BSG Chemie after their relegation from the premier league to play in the DDR -Liga. At the chances of promotion Lisiewicz was involved with 19 of 30 league games and scored eight goals. The Oberliga 1972/73 season led to the end of the performance sporting career of Lisiewicz. Mainly as a midfielder, he played only 16 league - point games. His last game was the local derby of the 18th game day on April 28, 1972. During 0:1 against 1.FC Lok Leipzig Lisiewicz stood again for 60 minutes as a right midfielder in the ranks of the chemistry team. It was his 134th league game for Chemie Leipzig, where he had shot 17 goals.
