Klaus-Peter Willsch

Klaus -Peter Willsch ( born February 28, 1961 in Bad Schwalbach ) is a German politician ( CDU) and Member of Parliament.

Life and career

After graduation in 1979 at the Leibniz Sciences Wiesbaden Willsch holds a degree in economics and political science at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, which he finished 1986 with a degree in economics. After that, he did his military service and went through the training to become a reserve officer ( last rank: Captain dR ). He then worked from 1989 in Frankfurt / Main Flughafen first in the department and most recently from 1992 to 1994 as head of the office for rental, leasing and internal layout. Willsch is the editor of the newspaper ad Rheingau -Taunus month indicator.

Klaus -Peter Willsch is Protestant, married and has five children.

Party

Willsch in 1978 as the Junge Union (JU ) and 1979 in the CDU one. He was Chairman of the JU district association Rheingau-Taunus, and was from 1986 to 1992 the JU- state board of Hesse.

Willsch belongs since 1979 to the board of the CDU district association Rheingau-Taunus, and was there from 1984 Deputy District Chairman until 2002 he was finally elected as Chairman of the District Association. Since 2000 Willsch is also a member of the State Executive Committee of the CDU in Hesse.

Member of Parliament

Willsch belonged from 1981 to 1993 the municipal council of Hohenstein and since 1985 deputy in the district council of the Rheingau -Taunus -Kreis.

Since 1998 he is member of the German Bundestag. Here he was from 2002 to 2005 Commissioner of the Bundestag for relations with the Croatian Parliament. Since 2003 he has been Deputy Chairman of the State Hessen and since January 2006, assessors on the board of the CDU / CSU parliamentary group. Since November 2005 Willsch is Chairman of the Sub-Committee on European Union Affairs of the Budget Committee. He is also chairman of the cross-party PGLR, Parliament Group Aerospace.

Klaus -Peter Willsch is always as directly elected representative of the constituency Rheingau -Taunus - drawn in Limburg in the Bundestag. In the general election in 2013 he reached here 52.1% of the primary vote.
