The Klaus Renft Combo, meanwhile also Renft, founded in 1958, is a German rock band, one of the most famous of the GDR. History

The Klaus Renft Combo was founded in 1958 by Klaus Jentzsch in Leipzig. Renft was the birth name of Jentzsch 's mother. He used him henceforth as a stage name.
