Klaus Wanger

Klaus Wanger ( born February 24, 1941) is a Liechtenstein politician and served as 2001-2008 President of the Liechtenstein Landtag.

Wanger had since 1993 Member of Parliament for the Progressive Citizens' Party. He was President of the Parliament in 2001. He was head of the delegation of the Parliamentary Commission Bodensee and Head of the Liechtenstein delegation to the Interparliamentary Union. Within the Diet Wanger was chairman of the parliament offices and since 2003 Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee, a standing committee of Parliament. 2003 to 2005 he was chairman of the EEA Commission. In the 2009 elections, he no longer went to and thus retired from parliament.

Wanger is married and has two children.
