Kléber (Paris Métro)

Kléber is an underground station of the Paris Métro. It is located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. The station is served by the metro line 6. It is (named after Jean -Baptiste Kléber ) below the Avenue Kléber.

The station was taken on October 2, 1900 in operation, as the section of Étoile (now Charles de Gaulle - Étoile ) was opened up by the Trocadero. This was part of the line 2Sud. On October 14, 1907, the line profiles were changed. The line was withdrawn at the Étoile and the line 5 sailed since their route from the south to Étoile. On 6 October 1942, the line profiles were again changed, so that since then the line 6 stops at the station.

A special feature of the station lies in its four platforms. To the speedy passage of the trains at the terminus Charles de Gaulle - Étoile to ensure, in which there is only one platform in the middle of the turn loop of line 6, the trains will be adjusted again to the time clock. To this end, they stand still for some time, so it may happen that several trains are in the station and wait for the onward journey.
