Kleinandelfingen
Kleinandelfingen is a municipality in the district of Andelfingen in the canton of Zurich in Switzerland. The municipality also includes the villages of Kleinandelfingen Oerlingen and old. With just under 400 ( Oerlingen ) or just under 300 inhabitants ( Old ) These two villages are much smaller than the main town Kleinandelfingen ( about 1400 inhabitants).

The bailiwick Andelfingen led the coat of arms of the county of Kyburg after the extinction of the Counts of Kyburg 1264 and differed only by an additional six-rayed star. Andelfingen and Kleinandelfingen led in 1831 both the arms of the bailiwick on. Early 1927, the official coat of arms was fixed and added the now valid distinguishing feature: Kleinandelfingen leads next to the lion two stars, Andelfingen contrast, only one.
Geography
The community Kleinandelfingen is in the Zürcher Weinland, as well as on the Thur between Winterthur and Schaffhausen and consists of the three villages Kleinandelfingen, Old and Oerlingen. The community area is 51% agriculture, 34 % is forested.

The SVP has 37.17 %, the glp 13.90%, 13.19%, the SP, the BDP 10.12%, 9.40%, the FDP, the Greens 5.08%, 3.46%, and the EPP the CVP 2.03% of the vote ( national election of 2011). Mayor Peter May ( SVP of 2010).
History
Two graves from the Bronze Age indicate former occupation.
The place Kleinandelfingen was first documented in the 14th century. In 1434 the rule was turned over to the city of Zurich.
