Klimov GTD-350

The Isotow GTD -350 (also Klimov GTD -350 ) is a gas turbine with gearboxes to power helicopters. It was designed with the Russian manufacturer Klimov, however, strongly resembles the U.S. gas turbine Allison 250 Also, the power range is very similar.

The GTD -350 was developed in 1963 for the helicopter Mil Mi -2. Series production took place in Poland in WSK PZL Rzeszow PZL GTD -350 and lasted until the late 1990s on. In total, over 11,000 engines were manufactured. The Mean Time Between Overhaul is 500 hours. The engine is supplied from the factory even with spare parts.
