Klutina River

The Klutina River is a 101 km long river in southern Alaska (USA).

He springs from the Klutina glacier on the northern flank of the Chugach Mountains, flows northeastward, flows through the Klutina Lake and flows approximately 20 km southeast of Glennallen at Copper Center in the Copper River, which flows into the Gulf of Alaska.

The designation of Alaska Natives for the river, Khlu ti -na ( " Glacier River " ), was documented in 1885 by Henry Tureman Allen, who used the spelling Klatena.
