Knivsta is a place in Sweden and is located in the province of Uppsala County (historical province Uppland ). The place is also the capital of the municipality Knivsta.

By running near European highway 4 and the rail connections are excellent connections to Stockholm ( 48 km) and Uppsala (18 km ).
