Kobe beef

The Kobe beef (Jap.神 戸 牛, Kobe - gyu, dt " Kobe beef " ) refers to cattle from the area around Kobe. There is no separate domestic cattle breed, but merely an indication of origin for the race of the Tajima cattle.
