Koettlitz Glacier

The Koettlitz Glacier is a glacier in East Antarctica and lies west of the stratovolcanoes Mount Discovery and Mount Morning. It starts at the Mount Cocks and flows between Brown Peninsula and the mainland in the McMurdo Sound from. It has a length of about 60 km.

The glacier was discovered by the British Discovery Expedition (1901-1904) and after the physician and botanist of the expedition, Reginald Koettlitz named.
