Kofi Esaw

Kofi Esav is a Togolese diplomat and politician and acting foreign minister in the government of Prime Minister Gilbert Houngbo.

From September 2004 until his appointment as Secretary of Eisav served as Ambassador of Togo in Ethiopia and the African Union. In this role, he justified the -evaluated as unconstitutional presidency following the death on 5 February 2005 Gnassingbé Eyadema dictator by his son Faure Gnassingbé, which led to the temporary suspension of Togo from the African Union.

In the Office of the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration ( Ministre des Affaires et de l' intégration Etrangères Regionale ), he was appointed on 15 September 2008.
