Koh Kong (island)

Koh Kong ( Thai: Kaôh Kŏng; Khmer: កោះកុង; pronunciation in IPA: [ ka ː OH KON ] ) is an island in western Cambodia on the Gulf of Siam near the border with Thailand.

The mangrove forests along the coast of Koh Kong have now been widely replaced by polluting shrimp farms.
