Koh Tonsay (Khmer: កោះទន្សាយ - " Rabbit Island" ) is an island in Cambodia, it lies about 4.5 kilometers southwest of Kep. The area is about 2 square kilometers. Tourists appreciate them because of their two sandy beaches. The sea around the island is not very deep, making it ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Around the island there are coral reefs and many species of aquatic plants, fish and other animals.

During the reign of Prince Norodom Sihanouk in the 1940s and 1950s, she was temporarily used as a place for the internment of prisoners, had the responsibility for the defense of the island at the same time. At this time also routes for horse-drawn carts and guest houses made ​​of wood and palm leaves were built, however, have been destroyed again by weather conditions and during the Civil War. Today, seven families inhabit the island, living on fishing and coconut trees. It is a popular destination for Cambodians and increasingly also for foreign tourists.
