Koitajoki (Russian Койтайоки ) is a river in eastern Finland and partly in the Republic of Karelia in Russia.

The river has its origin at the Finnish- Russian border in the municipality of Ilomantsi in North Karelia. He runs a piece in Finland, happened while the Koivusuo - reserve, then flows over a distance of 30 km to the south by the Republic of Karelia and then return to Finland.
