Kokkoh

Kokkoh is a native of macrobiotics based on rice breiförmiger milk substitute. Besides brown rice adzuki beans, sesame, Kombu, barley, oats and soy are used as additional ingredients. To sweeten usually a rice or barley syrup is used. If Kokkoh used as a substitute for breast milk in infants, there is a danger that too much weight gain as well as iron and vitamin B12 deficiencies occur.
