Koleje Dolnośląskie

The Koleje Lower Silesia ( German translation: Lower Silesian railway) are a regional railway companies in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship and operate passenger trains on several routes in regional traffic. The company was founded on 28 December 2007 by a decision of the Lower Silesian Sejm and is 100 % of the province.

Rolling stock

The fleet of the company consists of diesel railcars of series SA106, SA109, SA132, SA134 and SA135. In 2011, five EMUs were ordered from the manufacturer Newag pulse type for the routes from Wrocław to Oleśnica, Żmigród and Legnica. These are referred to as range 35WE.
