Komba gewerkschaft

The komba trade is the trade union of the dbb beamtenbund and tarifunion for workers in the local and national service with currently about 80,000 members. It is supported in its work on its 16 national associations and their subdivisions as district and local associations. As a cooperative member of the 2010 VDLA is yet come to komba trade union. History

The Federation of komba was registered on July 8, 1920 as " Reichsbund of municipal officials and employees " in the Register. Connected to several precursor unions Landes-/Provinzebene who had founded in the late 19th and early 20th century. The most significant national association was the " Association of the municipal officials of the province of Brandenburg ," which was founded on 17 December 1893. This date is regarded as the birth of the union komba.

At the time of National Socialism, the union was dissolved.

In Prussia, the union was re-established on 12 May 1945 which was suppressed by the occupying powers, however. In West Prussia eventually emerged on January 15, 1949 but a new national association. At the federal level, the union said in 1951, " Association of German municipal officials and employees ." The collective ability was recognized by the employer on 10 October 1951.

In the 1950s, the komba merged with other organizations to July 3, 1956, found the " Community tariff viable organizations in the German Civil Service Federation ", from which emerged the dbb beamtenbund and tarifunion.

Association of Private Security

The Association of Private Security ( VPS ) is a komba member union, which mainly employees of private security providers, organized especially at airports.
