The Kongsberg Automotive Holding is an automotive supplier headquartered in Kongsberg, Norway. The company is represented in all continents except Africa with locations and in 2008 with 8,000 employees and generated sales of € 905 million. The three locations in Germany are Holy House and Hallberg moss.

The company is organized into three business areas:

The Company is a public limited company. The 20 largest shareholders hold about half of all shares in the company.

The company was formed in 1987 as successor of Kongsberg Våpenfabrikk.
