König (crater)

King is an impact crater in the southwest of the moon in front of the plane of the Mare Nubium, southwest of the crater Bullialdus and northwest of gravel. The somewhat irregularly shaped crater is hardly eroded.

The crater was officially named by the IAU in 1935 by the Austrian astronomer Rudolf king.
