Konispol ( Albanian: Konispoli ) is associated with the southern Albanian town of Saranda district. It is located high above the coastal plain on a mountain slope at the level less than 400 meters. The conspicuous locality is the southernmost town in Albania; immediately behind the city's boundary with Greece. To the north it is up to the lagoon of Butrint about ten kilometers. The Greek neighboring Sagiada is three kilometers away. 2005, the border crossing Qafa Boti was opened between the two places. Since then, the road will be expanded according to Butrint.

Konispol has 2123 inhabitants ( 2011). Some of them speak Greek as their mother tongue, the majority of the çamischen dialect of Albanian.
