Konstantin Koltsov
Kanstanzin Jauhenjewitsch Kalzou (White Russian Канстанцін Яўгеньевіч Кальцоў, Russian Константин Евгеньевич Кольцов / Konstantin Jewgenjewitsch Koltzov; born April 17, 1981 in Minsk, Byelorussian SSR) is a Belarusian professional ice hockey player who stands since 2012 in Atlant Mytischtschi in the Kontinental Hockey League contract.
Career
Kanstantin Kalzou began his career as a hockey player with the HK Junost Minsk, for whom he made his debut in the East European Hockey League, as well as the Belarusian Extraliga was in the 1998/99 season, before he finished the season with Severstal Cherepovets in the Russian Super League. He was then selected in the NHL Entry Draft in 1999 in the first round than a total of 18 players from the Pittsburgh Penguins. First, however, the attacker was in the next three years for one season in Russia Metallurg Novokuznetsk in, Ak Bars Kazan and Spartak Moscow HK under contract. After the links Sagittarius had played in the 2002/03 season in only two games for Pittsburgh in the National Hockey League, he graduated the following year, all 82 regular season games for the Penguins, in which he scored a total of 29 points scorer. In two seasons, he also played for Pittsburgh's farm team, the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in the American Hockey League.
The lockout in the 2004/ 05 NHL season bridged Kalzou in his Belarusian home at HK Dinamo Minsk as well as his former Russian club Spartak Moscow HK. Following the resumption of gaming operations in the NHL winger returned for a year to the Pittsburgh Penguins before he signed a contract with Salavat Yulaev Ufa signed in the summer of 2006, with whom he traveled in his career, Champion of Russia in 2008. In the 2010/11 season he won the Gagarin Cup Ufa.
In summer 2012, he moved to six years in Ufa at Atlant Mytischtschi.
Internationally
For Belarus Kalzou participated in the U18 Junior B World Cup 1999 and the U20 World Junior Championships in 1999 and 2001 and the U20 Junior B World Cup 2000 part. In addition, he was in the squad of Belarus at the World Championships in 2001, 2005, 2007, 2008 and 2009, as well as in B- World Cup 2002 and the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City.
