Konstantin Vladimirovich Stepanov (Russian Константин Владимирович Степанов; born September 26, 1983 in Moscow ) is a Russian pool player.

He is a 2007 European Vice-Champion in the 14 and 1 become endless and managed in both 2006 and 2007 to the last sixteen of the 9-Ball World Cup there. He was also always part of the Russian doubles at the 2006 inaugural World Cup of Pool. When snooker championship 2010, he finally won his first European title in the 8- ball in the final against Sweden Marcus Hamath.

He represented Europe in 2007 became the first Russian player ever at the Mosconi Cup, Europe 11:8 win against Team USA.

In 2013 he won two 2013 Euro Tour Tournaments with the Italy Open in 2013 and the North Cyprus Open.

His nickname in the pool scene is Kosta. He plays with a cue from Falcon.
