Korkut (Kurdish: Teli ) is a city in the eastern Turkish province of Muş. Korkut is located in the south of Muş and borders the province of Bitlis. The town has 3,227 inhabitants and the county 26,856 inhabitants ( 2008). The county has an area of ​​575.7 km ² and was founded on May 9, 1990. 1964, the district was renamed Korkut.
