Kostas Eleftherakis

Konstantinos Eleftherakis (Greek Κωνσταντίνος Ελευθεράκης, born July 18, 1950) is a former Greek football player.

Eleftherakis began his professional career at Fostiras Athens, before moving to Panathinaikos Athens in 1968 at the age of 18 years. With Panathinaikos Eleftherakis remained until 1980 and was a total of four championships (1969, 1970, 1972, 1977 ) and two cup wins (1969, 1977) to celebrate. The highlight of his career was 1971, the participation in the final of the European Champions' Cup when, in London's Wembley Stadium was defeated with 0-2 Ajax Amsterdam. Eleftherakis belonged despite his young age of the main pillars of his club and scored on the way to the final two goals.
