The Koumi Line (Japanese小 海 线, Koumi - sen) is a Japanese railway line which runs between the stations Kobuchizawa in Yamanashi prefecture and Komoro in Nagano Prefecture and by the East Japan Railway Company ( JR East ) is operated.
