Kozje

Kozje ( German: Dragon Castle ) is a municipality in the region Spodnja Lower Styria, Slovenia. Consisting of 23 towns and hamlets total municipality has 3341 inhabitants and is located near the border with Croatia. The mighty Podsreda Castle is the landmark of Kozje and is located in the town district Podsreda. As Castrum Herberch it was first mentioned in 1213.
