Kplang (also Prang ) is a threatened language and is the ethnic group of Kplang in Ghana.

The now only 1,600 speakers (2003 GILLBT ) live south of the Volta Dam and hence south of the linguistic group Yeji ( Chumburung ).

Kplang has a 73% compliance with Chumburung on, and to 96% of a match to Yeji. Taking only the lexical match is found to Yeji a 92 % match and Chumburung to 79%.
