Kraftwerk 2
Kraftwerk 2 is the second album by the band Kraftwerk, it was released in January 1972.
Background
Kraftwerk 2 was entirely written by Florian Schneider and Ralf Hütter. Unlike the later Kraftwerk albums was working there very little to do with synthesizers. The main instruments in this album electric guitar, bass guitar and violin.
Cover
The cover shows how in power plant and Ralf and Florian a cones, only available here Kraftwerk 2 and the cone is striped in white and light green.
Publication
In Germany, it appeared as a normal record, in the UK it was released in March 1973, just over a year later at Vertigo Records together with the first album as a double LP.
