Krasyliv

Krassyliw (Ukrainian Красилів; Russian Красилов / Krassilow, Polish Krasiłów ) is about 27 kilometers north of the Oblasthauptstadt Khmelnytsky on the river Slutsch a town in Ukraine.

The town was first mentioned in writing in 1444 and was first in Poland in Kiev Voivodeship. 1795 was the place to Russia and was administratively in the government of Volhynia. 1957 received the Krassyliw the status of urban-type settlement awarded in 1964 also got the place then the municipal law awarded and is the capital of Rajons Krassyliw.

East of the village runs the single-track railway line Shepetivka -Khmelnytskyi.
