Kristine Nitzsche

Kristine Nitzsche ( born June 1, 1959 in Leipzig ) is a German athlete who had - was active in the pentathlon and the high jump - starting for the GDR.

In the Junior European Championships in 1977 it was double - winner - in the high jump (1.88 m) and pentathlon ( 4409 points: 14.39 s - 11.85 m - 1.88 m - 6.25 m - 2:17 9 min). At the European Championships 1978 in Prague, she won the bronze medal in the pentathlon won ( 4599 Points: 14.02 s - 12.77 m - 1.93 m - 6.13 m - 2:12,7 min). In the high jump competition at these European Championships she was Eleventh (1.80 m). Overall, they played 1977-1985, 15 countries fighting for the DVFL. In the hall they 1979 East German champion in the high jump and pentathlon.
