Kristofer Berglund
Kristofer Berglund ( born August 12, 1988 in Umeå ) is a Swedish professional ice hockey player who is since 2010 at Färjestad BK in the Elitserien under contract.

Career
Kristofer Berglund began his career as a hockey player in his hometown in the junior section of IF Björklöven, for the first team, he was from 2005 to 2008 in the HockeyAllsvenskan, the Swedish second division, active. He was then selected in the NHL Entry Draft in 2008 in the fifth round as the 125th overall player of the St. Louis Blues. The defender but initially remained in his native Sweden and was awarded a contract with Luleå HF of the Elitserien. In his first season in the highest Swedish Hockey League, he scored in the 2008 /09 season in 57 games and three goals were 25 templates. He then Junior Draft in the fourth round was selected as a total 73 players HK Sibir Novosibirsk of the KHL for the first time carried out.
After another year in Luleå Berglund was obliged by his Elitserien competitors Färjestad BK for season 2010/ 11, with whom he won the Swedish championship title at first attempt.
Internationally
For Sweden, Berglund took part in the junior level at the Under-18 Junior World Cup in 2006 and the U20 World Youth Championship 2008. In the 2008 U20 World Championships, he won the silver medal with his team and was also elected as one of the three best players of his team.
