Kryry
Kryry ( German Warriors) is a city in the Czech Republic. It lies on the Blšanka in Saaz basin and belongs to Okres Louny.
History
In Kryry are or were a major glass factory, a large porcelain factory, a brewery, two mills, five brickyards, lumber mill seal and an electrical plant based.
To the parish church book warriors after the directory include the parish locations: warriors, Rebitschka - mill; times: Golleschau, Kleintschernitz, New Mill, Upper Clover, Pschesnitz, Strojeditz, Tschentschitz, Wiessen.
From 1938 to 1945, the village belonged to the German district Podersam. After the Second World War, the German-Bohemian population was expropriated and expelled. Since January 23, 2007 Kryry again has city rights.
Local structure
The city Kryry consists of the districts BESNO ( Wiessen ) Kryry ( Warriors), Stebno ( Steben ) and Strojetice ( Strojetitz ), at the same time also form Katastralbezirke. To Kryry also includes the settlements Březnice ( Pschesnitz ) and Nový Mlýn ( Neumühlestrasse ).
