KÅ¡ice

Kšice ( German Kscheutz ) is a municipality with 194 inhabitants ( 1 January 2004) in the Czech Republic. It is located 6 km north of Stříbro at an altitude of 488m

History

The first mention of the town dates back to 1369th took place in the surrounding area of the village in a mountain area Lousy silver and lead mining. At the end of the 19th century, the last mine was that right after the road was Unola decommissioned.

Until the abolition of patrimonial Kscheutz belonged to the rule Trpísty - TREBEL. Gepfarrt the place was after Welperschitz, but had a church. From 1938 to 1945, the town belonged to the district of Mies. 1939 lived 324 people in Kscheutz. Between 1 July 1980 and 1 January 1992 Kšice was a district of Stříbro.

Kšice was built around a village green with pond. The Assumption church overlooks the village. Through various alterations lost their original shape and during the communist rule it fell into disrepair. For some time repairs are carried out on the building. The interior dates from the Baroque period.
