K. K. Kubota (Japanese株式会社 クボタ, Kabushiki - gaisha Kubota, Eng. Kubota Corporation) is a Japanese company with headquarters in Osaka.

The company produces construction machinery, such as excavators and wheel loaders, and tractors, lawn mowers and internal combustion engines. Current president of the company, the company was founded in February 1890. 's Daisuke Hatakake. The German office is located in Nieder-Roden. In 1988 a factory created in Zweibrücken all mini excavators sold in Europe are produced.
