Kugong Island

Kugong Iceland is an uninhabited island in the Belcher Islands in Hudson Bay. It is 321 km ² according to Flaherty Iceland and Iceland Tukarak the third largest island of the archipelago. Kugong Iceland is located west of the main island Flaherty Iceland and is separated from it by the Churchill sound.
Politically Kugong Iceland belongs to the Qikiqtaaluk Region of the Canadian territory of Nunavut.
Fauna
Arctic hares are widespread on the island.
