The Kuloi (Russian Кулой, Кула ) is a right tributary of the Waga in the Vologda Oblast and in the Arkhangelsk Oblast in northwestern Russia.

The river has its origin in Sonduschskoje Lake northwest of the small town Tot'ma in the Vologda Oblast. It flows predominantly in a northerly direction. It flows through it the Glubokoe Lake and enters the Arkhangelsk Oblast. Later he flows about five kilometers west of the same urban-type settlement Kuloi over, turns west and flows eventually into the south of Velsk Waga.

The Kuloi has a length of 206 km and drains an area of 3000 km ². The average discharge 53 km upstream of the mouth is 14.3 m³ / s (according to other sources 8.74 m³ / s).
