Külüg Khan, Emperor Wuzong of Yuan

Külüq Khan Khaischan, Wuzong (* 1281, † January 27, 1311 in Beijing) was a Mongol Emperor of the Yuan Dynasty ( r. 1307-1311 ).

The son Darmabalas and grandson of Kublai Dschingkim Crown Prince was in 1299 governor of Mongolia. He was in the engagements with Qaidu († 1303) and his son Tschapar qualified as military, but was also the alcohol and women expire.

After the death of his uncle Uldjaitu - Timur (r. 1294-1307 ) Khaischan sat down opposite the prince Ananda ( Muslim in Gansu, was executed in 1307 ) and his younger brother Ayurparibhadra as Yuan emperor by. As the successor he appointed his brother Ayurparibhadra ( Buyantu Khan ) instead of his sons.
