Kumato

The available in Europe tomato kumato is a new breed of company Syngenta. In the U.S. and Canada, this tomato is sold by a subsidiary under the name of Dulcinea Rosso Bruno. Within Europe it is standard market practice in Switzerland.

Properties

The maturation of kumato happens from the inside out, causing them to red-brown tomato is commercially available as a brown- green. The optimal maturation is reached when the tomato has a reddish brown color with a slight green tint around the peduncle. The kumato characterized by their intense flavor and long shelf life.
