Kuniko Inoguchi

Kuniko Inoguchi (Japanese猪 口 邦 子, Kuniko Inoguchi, May 3, 1952 in Ichikawa ) is a Japanese politician and was from 2005 to 2009 Member of the House of Commons for the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP ).

She studied at Sophia University. After that, she was a high school teacher and professor of law at this university. In between, she studied at Yale University.

In 2004, she moved into politics, initially in a function in the Japan Association for International Relations. From 2005 to 2006 she was Minister of State for Gender Equality and declining birth rate in the third Koizumi Cabinet.

Kuniko Inoguchi is married to the professor Takashi Inoguchi and has two daughters.
