Kupa River (Lithuania)

The Kupa is a river in northeastern Lithuania. It rises about 110 kilometers north of Vilnius in Šimonys and flows first in a northerly direction. In Juodupė it turns west to terminate at Kupiškis in the Lėvuo. The city's name comes from the name of the river.
